If you need to reach our Customer Service department, you can use this portal to open a new support ticket.  


  1. From the https://mudbay.freshdesk.com support site, click on the New Support Ticket link.
  2. Fill out the website form with the requested information
    • Your email address
    • A meaningful subject
    • Choose a topic from the drop down menu
    • Enter a description of the question/issue you need help with.  The more information the better!
    • You can also attach a file if needed

  3. Don't forget to check the "I'm not a robot" box to help us reduce non-human internet spam.
  4. Click the Submit button.
